Corporate News - PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) introduced Systane Ultra, a product for eye drops made by Alcon on Tuesday, August 9th, 2022, at the Hotel Mulia in Jakarta. The President Director of PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), Mrs. Juliwaty, the management of AAM, the General Manager and Cluster Head of the Middle East and Asia Alcon, Mr. Mazen Dalati, and the team from Alcon, all attended the introduction of Systane Ultra.
AAM distributes and markets Systane Ultra through 36 outlets located all across Indonesia. AAM employs various transportation methods to ensure delivery services, including vehicles, trucks, and motorcycles on land and at sea.
"AAM has been collaborating with Alcon for over 15 years. We are excited to worldwide launch Systane Ultra in 2022, one of Alcon's hallmark products,” said Ms. Juliwaty.
According to Ms. Juliwaty, AAM provides a total solution for excellent service. AAM offers more than 90 Customer Service Officers (CSOs) who will help customers and business partners with standardized and technologically based ordering services. Additionally, AAM offers digital solutions via the Integrated Purchase Order System to enable an integrated ordering system (IPOS) as a B2B Digital Order Management Platform.
