AAM and GoApotik Collaboration Expansion Opportunities for Pharmacies to Enter Online Business

In supporting its partners’ online business development, AAM collaborates with GoApotik to hold Gathering Outlet activities. The Outlet Gathering was held for the second time on Thursday, July 22, 2021, where previously it took place on July 15, 2021.


The second Gathering Outlet themed "Go Online – Easy, Fast and More Income”, introduced the latest version of the IPOS AAM application to partners. This event also promoted IPOS AAM, which offers great value to partners in escalating their pharmacy business through GoOnline with GoApotik.



The gathering has been held in two regions and joined by more than 300 participants from AAM’s partners. The first Outlet Gathering was held for outlets in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Serang, Bandung and Cirebon. Meanwhile, the second one was for Central Java and East Java outlets.

President Director of Argon Group Mr. David Utama highlighted the importance of digital transformation for the business world, including pharmacies. Mr. David Utama elaborated on digital transformation in the business insight session.


"With the ecosystem that we have created through IPOS and GoApotik, we can help pharmacy businesses that have the option to GoOnline immediately, yet the services are still very simple, only on providing stock and providing pricing," said Mr. David Utama.


Meanwhile, in his speech, the Supply Chain & System Director of PT Anugrah Argon Medica, Mr. Stephen Febianto, said GoApotik is now available to offer convenience for pharmacies to develop their business. This is a solution for today's online pharmacy business challenges.

"We continue to offer convenience to our relational partners, both to order and at the same time to market their products in a reliable and one-stop platform, through New IPOS AAM so that pharmacies can GoOnline and be more comfortable in developing their business," said Mr. Stephen.


Mrs. Fanny Kiong as AAM's Customer Relations Manager explained the latest version of AAM IPOS. New features are available in IPOS AAM to make transactions easier and more beneficial.


"IPOS AAM comes with more and more features that can be used, such as ordering, online payment systems via virtual accounts and credit cards, order and payment history, returns, claims, profile updates, reward points, download e-Invoices, and product promotions," said Mrs. Fanny Kiong.


In addition to these features, through IPOS AAM, users can also develop their business through marketing online with GoApotik by registering GoOnline, a Digital Health Ecosystem, to help users do business.


"GoApotik is here to enable legal and officially licensed pharmacies to market their products on this competitive marketplace. Through this digital platform, we allow customers to choose where to buy medicines, for we guarantee that pharmacies under GoApotik comply with regulations," said Head of GoApotik, Ms. Neneng Mutmainah.


The Gathering GoOnline event also came with exciting games and interesting door prizes. The event which lasted for 2 hours, was fun and attractive. Participants also gave positive impressions and responses. Even some partners GoOnline directly by registering their outlets with GoApotik.


Not only in Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, and East Java, this Gathering Outlet activity will also be held in other areas, such as Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and East Indonesia until August 2021.
