Argon Group, one of the largest pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia, has been available in Cambodia since March 17, 2000, proving their consistency in contributing to the health sector in Cambodia by establishing a joint-venture company, Dynamic Argon, Co., Ltd.
Dynamic Argon, Co., Ltd. is a joint-venture between Argon Group in Indonesia and Dynamic Group from Cambodia. This collaboration sought to create a modern organization with international good distribution practices standards that move in pharmaceutical distribution to meet the people of Cambodia's pharmaceutical demands.
This commitment was inaugurated during the event “Together, Provide A Better Health”, in Hotel Le Royal, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on Wednesday, January 9, 2019. Attending the event was the Indonesian Ambassador for Cambodia Mr. YM Sudirman Haseng, President Commissioner of Argon Group Mr. Ferry Soetikno, CEO of Dynamic Pharma Mr. Tom Kimson, General Manager of Dynamic Argon Mr. Hendarto, Director of Dynamic Argon Mr. Chan Huy Luong, Director Dynamic Argon Mr. Hery Sutanto, Director of Sales & Marketing Consumer Health of PT Dexa Medica Mr. Andrew Sulistya, and Country Manager Mr. Sam Veasna.
Dynamic Argon will have several competitive advantages, including a strong local market presence, superior IT, supply chain, and services areas. This excellence is because Dynamic Argon has received full support from founders and administrators with 22 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution in Cambodia, as well as from PT Anugrah Argon Medica – one of Argon Group's companies engaged in the distribution business since 1980 – which will help distribute experience and expertise to contribute to Dynamic Argon's success.
Anugrah Argon Medica has successfully created trust and legitimacy as an Indonesian distributor of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer goods for 38 years, servicing consumers with "market knowhow" and a professional Field Force team. Anugrah Argon Medica is supported by ISCAPS technology, an application for consumers to order products, and INFOSTEP, a set of information that works as a mechanism for Principle to review and define a strategy for their products to facilitate services.
Anugrah Argon Medica is deploying Sistem ERP Oracle, including the Warehouse Management System, Oracle Demand Planning, and Advanced Supply Chain Management, to ensure that distribution is up to par. Anugrah Argon Medica, on the other hand, has been certified ISO 9001:2015; WHO Good Storage and Distribution Practice for Pharmaceuticals Products to assure the capabilities and quality of high standards.
According to Mr. Sudirman Haseng, the Indonesian Ambassador to Cambodia, Argon Group is a corporation with a strong dedication to export. "Argon Group is always establishing its team, not just making export trade." I like Argon Group as an Indonesian company that has done marketing and established a distribution company in Cambodia. "It is envisaged that Dynamic Argon will serve as a conduit for Indonesian enterprises to expand their operations in Cambodia," said Mr. Sudirman.
On the other hand, as stated by President Commissioner Mr. Ferry Soetikno, the establishment of Dynamic Argon is a manifestation of Argon Group's commitment to public healthcare in Cambodia.
