AAM Receives an Award from The Indonesian Hospital Pharmacists Association

The results of a survey conducted by the Indonesian Hospital Pharmacists Association (Himpunan Seminat Farmasi Rumah Sakit Seluruh/HISFARSI) on 12-24 September 2021 to more than 300 hospital pharmacists in Indonesia have named Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) as the most favourite drug distributor. The survey evaluated the company's speed and quality of delivery of goods, conformity with ordering goods, ease of returning goods, good administration, and speed of providing information on the availability of goods.


Chairman of HISFARSI, Dr. apt Amrizal Marzuki, M.Kes., MARS presented the award to the Head of AAM Yogyakarta Branch, Mr. Untung Agusman as AAM's representative in the Annual Scientific Week (PIT) and HISFARSI National Working Conference (Muskernas) with the theme “A To Z Interprofessional Collaboration for Better Patient Outcomes”, in Yogyakarta, 5 November 2021.


AAM was chosen to become the most favourite distributor, winning over four other distributors, such as Anugrah Pharmindo Lestari and Ensepal Putra Megatrading.

For this award, the President Director of PT AAM, Mrs. Juliwaty, expressed her gratitude to HISFARSI and all pharmacists who have given their trust and appreciation to AAM as the most favourite distributor.


“AAM as a pharmaceutical and medical device distribution company is committed to maintaining and providing our best service. We carry out our services starting from the product ordering process supported by field force personnel, ordering through the application system in real-time, and using a warehouse management system that is in line with the implementation of good storage and distribution practices good drug distribution methods. We hope this can offer guaranteed quality of drugs to consumers," explained Mrs. Juliwaty.


​​On the same occasion, the Supply Chain and System Director of PT AAM, Mr. Stephen Febianto Kusumo, became a speaker at the PIT HISFARSI event. He delivered a presentation related to the implementation of Good Drug Distribution Methods (CDOB) / Good Medical Device Distribution Methods (CDAKB) in Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PBF) and the important role of pharmacists related to CDOB in PBF.


"While facing disruption from the changes in consumer behavior due to the Covid-19 pandemic, AAM must be able to make operational arrangements and make use of enablers to meet the demand, supply, and price shocks. For customer sustainability, we implement online sales activation through an integrated multichannel order system,” said Mr. Stephen.


In addition to Mr. Stephen Febianto, HR Business Partner Manager of PT AAM, Mrs. Lucy Christiani was also the speaker at this event. She presented a topic related to "Benchmarking of Performance-Based HR Management Systems in the Digital Era".
